Welcome to the Music Pavilion, in historic San Miguel de Allende, Mexico.
In a place that has been named five times “Best Small City Destination in the World”, we are blessed with world class historic sites, including important historic public and private buildings, new architecture, and interior design.
Even with those superlatives, the Music Pavilion stands out in its uniqueness.

Style and Architecture
The Music Pavilion is in French Neoclassic style, built within the last 20 years. It was built for private concerts, recitals, and chamber music, with special attention to acoustic considerations, especially in the great room, with capacity for 70 seated guests.
The Rock Tower and Garden
Also integral to the property is a two story round rock tower, placed on one side of the property and overlooking the garden.
The five room tower is a guest suite, with one or two bedrooms and guest kitchen, reminiscent of old French chateau structures, and is one of the most romantic features of the property with its timber and plaster interior walls, other interior rock walls, leaded glass windows, slate floors, and “tejamanil” and wood beam ceilings.

The buildings on the property and garden were organized around majestic hundred year old native mesquite trees, which create a shady canopy.
The garden can accommodate up to 150 guests, and also has very good acoustics for concerts with surrounding property walls.
The terrace in front of the main building façade has been used by up to 50 orchestra musicans or for opera presentations, and otherwise is a family dining and lounge area in one of the sunniest parts of the property year round.

The neighborhood is the quiet El Mirador, near the Presa Allende and among estate size residences and horse properties, with easy access via Los Frailes to main highways and 10 minutes to the historic center of San Miguel.
Total construction is 563 square meters under roof, or 5,720. square feet.
Lot size is 1,609 square meters, or approximately 2.2 X standard lots in Los Frailes neighborhood
